E-Mail Marketing

Reaching customers in today's marketplace is increasingly difficult. One of the most effective ways to get your message out to a broad audience is with e-mail marketing.

E-mail marketing can exist in the form of an individual e-mail sent to customers similar to direct mail, or as an e-mail newsletter service.

E-mail Newsletters are desired, one-to-one communication, sent via e-mail to a customer containing useful information on products, programs, special offers and/or technical information.

Within the Customer-Ready Marketing Kit, we have provided templates for use in your company's e-mail marketing efforts. These can be used individually or as part of an e-mail newsletter service. The copy is fully customizable. You may customize the templates within Microsoft Word and then copy them into an e-mail or send the e-mail directly from within Word using the "Send To" feature located in the File menu.
